Audit and Assurance course teaches the principles and practices of evaluating the accuracy and fairness of a company's financial statements. It focuses on the systematic process of obtaining and evaluating evidence to determine if these statements are free from material misstatement, ultimately providing confidence (assurance) to stakeholders like investors and creditors.
