Our History
Born out of a simple observation: too many talented people were failing not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked the right support.
The Beginning
Our founder, John Longma Lotsa, began quietly tutoring classmates and work colleagues pursuing ICAG and other accounting qualifications, often without charge. What he saw troubled him: students struggling with fundamental concepts, a wide gap between classroom learning and real-world application. That frustration became a vision.
ICAG Approval
Jhavilah Consult received formal approval from ICAG as a registered tuition provider — a major milestone in our journey.
Official Registration
The business was officially registered in mid-2024. From those early days, the Firm has grown steadily, built on sacrifice, conviction, and the belief that quality professional education should be accessible to everyone willing to work for it.
